These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hirenytics (the “Service”), including the recruiter dashboard, candidate interview experience, and related websites, APIs, and tools.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using it on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service for a company or organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Accounts require a verified email address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to recruiting and interviewing, including notice and consent requirements for recording audio/video and processing candidate data.
The Service may record candidate audio and video during interviews and generate transcripts, scores, and AI feedback. Recruiters are responsible for ensuring candidates receive appropriate notice and provide legally valid consent where required.
You must not use the Service to collect sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and have configured your process to do so safely (for example: government ID numbers, bank details, medical data).

Hirenytics may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher limits. Plan limits may be enforced at the API level (for example: number of candidates per month, bulk invitations, AI-generated interviews).
Payments for paid plans are processed by a third-party billing provider acting as merchant of record. Your purchase may be subject to the billing provider’s terms and policies. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and charges may recur until canceled.
If you cancel, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan and billing settings.
The Service may generate AI outputs, including interview questions, transcripts, summaries, scores, and feedback. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions. Do not rely on AI outputs as the only factor in employment decisions, and validate important information.
We own the Service and all related technology, including our software, branding, and designs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
You retain rights to your content (such as interview questions you write) and candidate-submitted content, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, processing, and delivering content).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service, our users, or others.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRENYTICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HIRENYTICS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
